This integrated laser glass cutting system is designed for transparent, brittle materials and features picosecond ultrashort laser cutting, CO2 laser slicing, and automated loading/unloading. The laser beam focuses on the material after passing through the cutting head, automatically aligning the X, Y, and Z axes according to the layout. Operating at a maximum speed of 300mm/s, it forms the desired product shape by creating an internal burst zone that diffuses stress to both surfaces. The CO2 laser then heats along the cutting line to separate the product from waste. Edge chipping post-separation is theoretically less than 10µm, varying with material thickness.
